Kaizen Expert Masterclass

This course has around 3 hours of video content divided across 35-40 videos. Expect to take at least 3 hours but most students find that it takes roughly 5 hours to process through the examples while following the videos. 

Each video can range from 1 to 12 minutes. Studies have shown that students tend to remember and enjoy on-line learning videos that are between 7-10 minutes.

Yes. You can use the templates to develop and train others. The only requirement is that you don't copyright any of the information in this course. You can use it, edit it, etc. You just can't prevent others from using it! The presentations are beautifully designed and ready to use!

Yes. Each student has access to a Q&A section. There, you can ask questions and make comments. I personally respond to questions within 48 hours (often in just a few hours - but if I haven't responded in 48 hours, please email me directly to ensure I receive your question). If you need specific help or coaching that requires a Zoom Call (or multiple Zoom Calls), you will have an option for 1-2-1 persona coaching (via Zoom Calls) at a significant discount.

You will have lifetime access to this Course as well as all the resources inside with the Lifetime Purchase. If you decided to go with the 1-Year plan, you'll have 365 days of access to all of the same content (minus any bonuses that comes with the Lifetime Option) + all updates made within that 1-year window. Once the year is over, you'll lose access to everything.

Once the year is over, you will not be charged again (no automatic renewal). You don't have to worry about an unexpected charge on your card in 1-Year. I hate when that happens to me. If you want to renew for another year, you can absolutely do so OR opt for the Lifetime plan (a 1-time charge for everything + future updates).

Anytime I update the course you will be notified by email. This includes any new information, videos, downloads, etc. PLUS any updated information that is already located inside the course.

I don't think that will happen...BUT if it does, I keep it simple. You get 30 Days to try it out and if you process through the entire course and don't like the course, email me at [email protected] and ask me for a refund. I will refund you your money (minus the transaction fees I get charged which is roughly $15-$20)

This site does not store your credit card information nor do I see your credit card information. All payment transactions are processed using two payment methods: Stripe and PayPal.

Both are respected payment solutions and automatically encrypts all transactions using secure sockets layer (SSL) protocol technology with 128-bit encryption. PayPal also performs server checks to ensure customers are using an approved browser (supporting SSL 3.0 or higher) for web-based transactions.
